Telehealth isn't suitable for every concern. Your doctor may recommend an in-person assessment, urgent care, a referral to another doctor, further investigation, or no treatment depending on your circumstances.
Membership questions, answered.
Do the maths on how often your household speaks to a doctor. A one-off consultation is $49. The Everyday care plan is $45 a month and covers up to 5 consults. If you need a doctor most months, the plan costs less. If you rarely need one, pay per consult instead. There is no lock-in either way.
Yes. Memberships are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account, and there are no lock-in contracts.
